Question: Do I have to backup my data?
Answer: No. eGuardianship is backed up daily and resides on our servers. We take care of all technical aspects of the system for you so you can focus on what you do best.

Question: What if I decide to discontinue my use of eGuardianship, can I get all my data?
Answer: Yes. Your client data is owned by you. Once you request all your data to be given to you, we send it to you. If you request all data be purged off of our servers we do that as well.

Question: I am just starting my business, do you provide your system to businesses with only one client?
Answer: Yes. We provide eGuardianship to everyone. We want to help you grow your business by streamlining your everyday tasks by using eGuardianship.

Question: Can I track my time and mileage for a client?
Answer: Yes. In our case notes section, you can track your time and mileage for all clients. Both time and mileage have a rate option if you would like enter a rate for each.

Question: Do I have to load eGuardianship on my computer?
Answer: No. eGuardianship is accessed online. To access your client data you sign into the site with your secure username and password. You can access your system from anywhere with an internet connection as long as you have a username and password.

Question: How do I learn to use your management system software?
Answer: We offer onsite training by one of our trained software specialists and provide you with a tutorial training manual. In addition, our trained specialists are available by telephone, as well as online. The tutorial training manual is also available online and live secure chat support while you are logged into eGuardianship.com.

Question: How many clients do I need to use your system?
Answer: You can have one client or several hundred cases! There is no minimum or maximum amount of clients needed to use our software.

Question: Will I be able to prepare reports?
Answer: Yes. eGuardianship comes with a vast amount of reports already built into your system. Reports are customizable to fit your needs. We understand that everyone has different reporting needs. If there is a report that needs customized or a report that you need created, we will create the report for you at no additional cost.
